The subject was one Rubens returned to again and again in his career. This particular work was commissioned on September 7, 1611, by the Confraternity of the Arquebusiers, whose Patron Saint was St. Christopher. In order to do a safety stop, a diver must be over-weighted by the difference in this buoyancy atthe beginning of a dive in order to be properly weighted at the end of the dive. Tank weights also allow you to remove weight from your weight belt, which can be a comfortable option. A few pounds off your weight belt can make a big difference in comfort. Weight Integrated BCs tend to push a diver forward on the surface. If a diver was unconscious on the surface, tank weights might be the difference between life and a tragedy. The 4 and 6 lb. tank weights in particular, will generally keep you in an upright, face out of the water position. Tank weights can also be used to adjust your position in the water. Since water is 800 times denser than air, you don’t want to push more water than necessary. The tank weights can be moved up and down your cylinder in order to get perfect trim in the water.

Can we sue Wal-Mart after my mom falling face forward on a pill?

Ok so she fell face forward on what looked to be a candy or pill. The ambulance took her to the hospital, she had both her knee’s swollen and her Right arm injured, also had x-rays done. Also about a month ago she had shoulder surgery on her Left arm. so u think we got a good case??

Anyone who invites someone onto their property for profit has a duty to do regular checks of the floors. Obviously, a reasonable check would reveal something like a puddle or many pieces of candy. A single M&M on the floor is going to be problematic…but the damages are relatively minor (not to your mother, but to an insurance company) and she likely has a shot of getting some of her meds paid.

That is a whole lot of injury for a slip&fall, though, so I’m guessing Wal-Mart is going to have a strong argument for pre-existing conditions. An aggravation of a shoulder injury isn’t worth as much as a new shoulder injury.

Even if she wins a large settlement, whatever money her health insurance paid out on her behalf – the cost of xrays, the ambulance, the surgeries, etc. – has to be paid out of the settlement. At the end of the day, she’s not looking at much money.

Bottom line: Not a great case but she can probably can some of her bills paid.
