One of the major themes in White Collar is the question of what will Neal do? As Part 2 of our interview with staff writer Joe Henderson revealed, he is going to be wearing the anklet for the foreseeable future, which is proof that Peter believes he cannot fully trust Neal to play by his rules. White Collar Season 2 Episode 14 s02e14 synopsis: One might think “Payback” is filler before the finale build-ups but let’s look a little closer. Bringing back Keller expands Neal’s con world and the deadly competition amongst forgers. Come face-to-face with other side of Neal’s life will likely remind viewers that there is a reputation he has outside of FBI and working with the Feds, makes him a big target since many of them likely believe he’s sold them out. Alex (Gloria Votsis) could say otherwise. Neal continues to keep a wall between Peter and his life as a con; Peter is privy to that information only when Neal feel is justified for a particular case. “Payback” could further convince Neal that he’s doing the right thing or it could tip the scales back the other way. Much of what he’s been working on with Mozzie has been without Peter knowing until he stumbles upon bits and pieces. Neal also kept Ford and Byron’s $100 printing plate for a rainy day. Neal is definitely still a con man, but the choice that Byron made and the life that Peter has with Elizabeth are a compelling argument.

What authority do I contact to report or press federal charges for forging a signature on government document?

I recently received a contract to renew my contract for my section 8 voucher for on of their Housing Authority Properties. It can clearly be seen on the document, that my signature was lifted from a contract I signed a few months ago, and placed on a new contract with an increased amount. The copy machine and white out spots can be seen clearly, and possibly submitted to an appropriate authority as forensic proof that my signature was fraudulently and illegally placed on the new contract.
