Graphite shaft comes with Senior Flex, Ladies Flex, Regular Flex, Stiff Flex, X-Stiff flex. The flex represent the FLEXiblity of the shaft. To know which shaft flex you should get, you should know your swing speed. The way to know your Swing Speed is to go to a Golf Shop and ask for a Custom Fitting service and take measure of your Swing Speed. Use your driver to measure your swing speed. You driver shaft flex should match your iron shaft flex. Below are the category of swing speed vs shaft flex for Driver swing speed.
Ladies Flex is the most flexible shaft available, this for swing speed around 70-75 MPH.
Senior Flex is more flexible than Regular flex, swing speed 75-85 Mph.
Regular flex is for average golfer, swing speed 85-95 Mph
Stiff Flex is for faster swinger, swing speed 95-105 Mph
X-Stiff Flex is for powerful player, swing speed 110-120 Mph
