Both synthetic testosterone and natural testosterone require a prescription. A physician should prescribe testosterone only after a man’s blood tests have verified that he has a testosterone deficiency.

Alternative patients can prescribe testosterone creams. Natural testosterone creams do not require a prescription. It is strongly recommended, however, that whether or not a medication requires a doctor’s prescription, it should always be used in conjunction with medical supervision.

Should I get mens clubs or ladies clubs?

When I purchased my ancient clubs a lot of years ago,the guy at the golf shop watched me hit a few and told me I should get men’s clubs.So I did. I’m 5’3″,and the clubs I bought weren’t too long for me. I hit a pretty long ball(My tee shots are usually in the 225-250 range).But now I am almost 60,and I want to know about the difference in flex, in ladies v. mens clubs. Also,I have seen “senior” flex.
This is my second golf question tonight,and I should have combined the two questions.

I’ve heard good things about graphite shafts for older folks. It’s supposed to help with giving you more distance than a steel shaft would give with the same swing speed.

Stiff flexes are for folks that swing very quickly, or violently. I wouldn’t worry too much about that- get a regular-flex club.

It doesn’t sound like you need too much help with your distance if youre teeing off 225-250. Maybe you should just buy what you’re used to. I bought some graphite shafts and hybrid 3-4-5-6 irons- they take some getting used to. If you’ve been using steel shaft regular-flex men’s clubs, I’d say buy new steel shaft, regular-flex, men’s clubs.
