Why do some vokey wedges have spin milled in black and others are in red?

Just looking at wedges and noticed that Vokey wedges where it says spin milled, some say it in black, why others are in red.. Just wanting to know the difference and if there is any..

The grooves are different. The red one conforms to the PGA rules until 2024 and the black conforms to amateur tournament rules. So as long as your not going to the PGA I would get the black ones cause they allow more spin.
