Jessie J Rare Poster Question?

I’m from the US and I just discovered Jessie J last week. I figured the people in the UK would know way more than the US about her so yeah. I found a poster on ebay that is signed and apperantly only 100 were made worldwide, each is numbered x/100. Does anyone know if these real and how did people get them? Because I can’t find any information about them anywhere. Its like for her Stand Up tour. Can anyone give me some info on this?

Jessie released a limited edition signed poster with the pre-sale tickets for her Stand Up Tour. They were only available to purchase when purchasing tickets and cost £24.99 (exc. p&p).
