The ruling was based on an important discussion of the relationship of a statute to the pre-existing Common Law. By considering the statute as curing a defect in the Common Law, the remedy of the statute was |

Menu printing plays a very important role in making a restaurant popular, and also for compelling takeout customers to keep re-ordering. Therefore, when printing a menu, one should follow certain time-tested approaches to make the menu more attractive and effective.
First, you need to select a nice-looking theme for your menu. The paper, colors, pictures and fonts should be indicative of the personality and style of your restaurant. By means of a combined theme, you can create a takeout menu that will help you to endorse your company name. It will create an everlasting picture in the minds of your customers. It will oblige them to come back.
If you wish to alter your menu with every season change, then it is better for you to stick to fewer color combinations. However, if you want your menu to remain almost the same throughout the year, then you can make it more complex. You can also use specific colors to highlight your restaurant specialties.
Make sure that the paper, which you use for printing your menu, is of good quality but no expensive. If you ok at flyers and menus from the “Big Chains,” they usually use 60# Gloss Paper or 80# Gloss Paper. By using one of these papers you will achieve national brand quality and save money on printing. If you need help finding a printer who uses this stock and has good rates, do some research for what you need. You can always use an online search engine as a starting point. For example, if you have a pizzeria try searching for “pizza menu printing” and see what you can learn. However, if you prefer changing the menu often, don’t let a printer force you into buying 25,000 or more copies. This will help you to save money and keep your menu more “flexible.”
Try to keep the menu as clean and neat as possible. Laminate some of the menus, so that it does not get spoiled due to spilled drinks and dirty fingers (only if also using for in-store menus). Moreover, an organized and user-friendly menu will help to create a clean image of your restaurant in your customer’s mind, which will keep them coming back for more.
Follow these simple but not-so-obvious tips and your menu printing will compel your customers to reorder more often. Good luck!

Is my Scotty Cameron Newport Studio Select 2.6 Putter Real?
I just ordered a SC Newport Studio Select 2.6 putter online and was wondering what the characteristics of a fake are? It has the grey head cover with the 3 Red dots on top with a tag on the inside saying ‘made exclusively for Titleist’. It hasd the grip and the head wrapped in plastic, has a serial number engraved in the shaft just below the grip, has the sticker just under the serial number with a Red Crown and says made in America. I mean it looks exactly like the pictures on the SC website. Just wondering…….Thanks
You can email Titleist or Scotty Cameron, to verify whether it is real or not…just enter serial number. Most Scotty’s are real…especially if you got it from a reputable vendor. If your buying a Cameron from, Hong Kong…not real! If your paying below $150…very questionable, but not unheard of.
I just got a counterfit, Callaway Ft-9 driver…always verify serial numbers. Lucky for me…the guy was also duped and refunded my money.
Buyer Beware!!!
