Set Stiff
The life of people today is very busy, a lot of them have a very hectic schedule and accompanying that kind of lifestyle is stress. Then because of stress a lot of people suffer from stiff neck pain which makes it hard to concentrate at work. When you have a stiff neck pain it almost lasts for almost a week but we never really put so much focus on it. Several physicians state that the common cause of stiff neck pain is poor posture, over worked muscles and of course stress, neck or cervical spasm is its medical term.
We cannot really avoid stress, little or mild sometimes it is not a bad thing because it helps us to be alert always and prepared for whatever task we have to deal with. For instance, getting prepared for a night out with your husband’s boss and wife or preparing for a play. The stress you felt will immediately go away after you have overcome or met the challenges you face for that day or everyday of your life. Preparing for a huge event, like wedding or anniversaries, presenting your proposal to your boss and just by going on a date can cause mild, prolonged stress and stiff neck pain. Having a stiff neck pain can cause a person to lose concentration, always feeling tired and finally immune system weakens. While too much stress is results to physical and mental stress and which makes the parts of our body like shoulder, back and neck to become tense. These conditions can cause back pain, stiff neck pain, shoulders pain and other painful symptoms in the body.
To avoid stiff neck pain you must learn to manage and deal with stress, control it as much as possible or avoid being stressed. To get you through hard or difficult times all you have to do is mange stress. When you are under stress make sure that you exercise regularly, eat properly and get enough sleep in order for your body not to get weak. Even though you are facing a stressful event always try to maintain a positive outlook. It may be hard but at first but you can master it after a few practices. When you set up an event or goal be sure that you can manage it for you not to be over loaded with work or worry about deadlines. In every schedule that you plan make sure that you consider or plot a time for relaxation like taking a day at a spa or just by watching your favorite movie. There are a lot of relaxation techniques to avoid stiff neck pain that are very easy to learn like taking a deep breath during exercise that can help you make a calm sense and well-being when you are faced with struggles or stressful situations. Stressful events and challenges do not always mean catastrophe but opportunities, temporary problems and a motivation to succeed or achieve more. The simple way to overcome stiff neck pain caused by stress is to keep a positive outlook always.

Can debt collection agencies refuse to set up a payment plan with you if you are trying to settle a debt?
My sister became seriously ill and had to have emergency surgery. We did not know it but she was grossly underinsured and is now looking at $44,000.00 in outstanding medical bills. The debt has been given to a collection agency has refused to agree to a payment plan with her saying that she needs to borrow from her bank. My sister makes about $23,000 a year and does not qualify for a loan that large. I told her to just start sending them payments and keeping receipts or her cancelled checks and calling monthly to make sure they received the payments and noting who she is speaking with, that way if they take her to court she can produce something showing that she is making an effort Is there anything else she can do? We definatley don’t want to stiff the hospital but we were shocked when we found out the type of policy her employer had provided only covered room and board and not the actual care.
I’ve been a bill collector for the past two years, most of that time spent in an agency that collects for hospitals.
To answer your question:
YES, A collection agency can refuse a payment plan. They can also take legal action (if the original creditor allows it) against you EVEN IF YOU ARE MAKING REGULAR PAYMENTS. When an account reaches the collection stage, the balance is due in full. 
In most circumstances, the hospital (like any other creditor) has offered their “idea” of a payment arrangement prior to her account reaching collections; Several letters and phone calls should have been made to the patient asking for some sort of repayment. If it has gone to collections, there is NO obligation the collector OR the agency to accept a minimal payment plan.
Collectors often push debtors to take out large loans because they want an immediate commission. Don’t read too much into that, it’s the first thing they are motivated by: Immediate payment.
First, talk to the insurance company. A great deal of claims are paid incorrectly and the insured is actually due more coverage than originally given. Go over every inch of her policy, and ask for the medical records to substantiate her care. Sometimes, insurance companies deny based on incorrect coding, so make sure that the line items match up to the care she received.
If you cannot find anything to dispute in the bill or with the insurance company, your next step is actually back to the hospital. A client/creditor can pull the account from collections at any time, and they stand to make more money in the long run by collecting the bill themselves than by letting the collection agency handle it. Try to convince them that she will make arrangements directly with them, offer to sign an agreement. Getting the account out of collections as soon as possible is your goal!
If your sister finds a way to get a loan, try it with the hospital FIRST, as the collection agency will only discount the bare minimum. Another route when dealing with the hospital would be to have your sister write a letter, explaining that she is grateful for the care she was given and include why she cannot pay. Address this letter to the Board of Directors and ask if her account can be written off to charity care. Most non-for-profit hospitals MUST give away a certain amount of free health care services each fiscal year in order to maintain their non-for-profit status. Include her recent bank statements, check stubs, utilities and rent, all of her life expenses so that the hospital can see that she has no means to pay.
Lastly, make sure that the collection agency is not breaking the law!!! Look up the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA). These laws were made to protect consumers from being exploited, abused, and otherwise treated unfairly when having their bill resolved through a 3rd party. Document the name of each collector, time and date of call. Make sure that she is not being called more than once in a day, that they are not calling her place of business if she has already expressed to them that she is not allowed personal calls during work. There are also stipulations against a collection agency TELLING THE CONSUMER THAT THEY WILL TAKE ACTIONS THAT THEY HAVE NO AUTHORIZATION TO TAKE! Often, collectors will scare debtors into thinking that they will go through legal action, when in fact, the original creditor has given no such permission. Make sure that they are not giving you empty threats.
Report any violations to the Federal Trade Commision or your State’s Attorney General. That will SURELY get rid of a bill collector 
Sometimes, getting a bill resolved just falls under speaking with a collector who is an honest and decent person, which is very hard to find in that market. I do my job well; I service the company that I work for, but I never forget that I am there to help someone in need.
