How can I lift weights little more heavily for the same sets and reps I usually do from time to time?
Compared to when I first lifted weights regularly couple years ago, I’m able to handle 50-100 lbs more on all workouts except for biceps, which I think is making the slowest transition.
I heard from gym colleagues that taking creatine could help, but I read somewhere it’s like cheating your way to muscles. I try to avoid cheating, so the only kind of supplements I would use if any are protein bars and RTDs. Occasionally, I might take up on fat burners like Lipo 6 or appetite suppressants like Hoodia; of course, I’m trying to watch my diet and eat healthy as possible.
Any ideas how I can improve my bicep workouts? Of course, I usually switch up workouts for all muscle groups every 6-8 weeks as recommended by the gym staff guys.

Second, I would opt for super sets when working the biceps. If you need time to focus on one part above others, push that muscle to the max and let it REST as much as possible before hitting them again. My personal bicep routine which I pair with back goes something like:
3 x 10+ Standing Bicep Curls
3 x 10+ Standing Reverse Barbell Curls
3 x 10+ Standing Barbell Curls
3 x 10+ Standing Hamer Curls
3 x 10+ Concentrations or Incline Curls
This super set has been going great for me over the past year or so. Remember to let your muscles and you body rest and get all your protein for the day (1g per 1lb of body weight) if you plan on making serious gains.
